Jane Smith, RHN, RNCP | | This is the time of the year for sunburn where I live so I thought I would share this with you all.
Remember your sunburn soother lotion:
A 25 cent-sized puddle of aloe Vera gel, 2 drops peppermint essential oil, 2 drops lavender essential oil. Mix in hands and apply to sunburn. Repeat several times per day.
Best idea is to avoid the sun, but if you get caught this lotion is very soothing

An equally great sunburn healer when the damage is done is ozonated olive oil.It can be found on E-bay and other places on the net.
