Good post Amber. Similarly, the best antibacterial/antiviral/antifungal exists in 3% hydrogen peroxide, especially if made from 35% Food grade H2O2; dilution 11 parts pure water to 1 part 35% H2O2. Kills germs dead on contact, including salmonella. Cheers, paul

Add 3 to 5 drops each of lavender, lemon, and pine essential oils. Shake the spray bottle well, and your homemade cleaner is ready to spray. This simple solution is extremely economical, yet it cleans and disinfects as well as any commercial cleaner without the harmful chemicals. > >Please keep in mind that some of the oils, if used directly, may stain some surfaces, such as linoleum. > >Additional antibacterial and antiviral oils that are excellent for cleaning include cinnamon, clove, Eucalyptus globulus, thyme, juniper,Melaleuca alternifolia, spruce, lemongrass, and grapefruit. > >~Amber Private Reply to Paul Harvey (new win) |
